OFFERINGS
Becker Barbell Club programs run in 8-12 week cycles.
Both in person and remote memberships include competition coaching, however competing is not required.

Group Class
Join us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at Crossfit Herndon or on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at Crossfit 234 for olympic weightlifting classes. Athletes are encouraged to enroll in the program at the start of a cycle in order to fully realize its benefits. Athletes can attend all four classes per week, or as many as their schedule allows.

Remote Coaching
Remote coaching includes personalized programming customized to an athlete's individual goals. Coaching is implemented via TrueCoach, an app that offers an easy to navigate experience between athlete and coach.

This option is recommended for athletes who train on their own or are located in other areas of the country.
